What cookies we use, why, and how you can control them.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make sites work, work better, or provide information to the site owner. They can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by services we use).
These are required for the Site to function — authenticating you, remembering your form inputs, maintaining security. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They don't store personally identifiable marketing data.
These help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are popular, where people get stuck, how they found us. We use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization enabled and ad personalization off by default). Aggregated, never individually identifiable.
These are used by Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who've visited us. You can reject these entirely without losing Site functionality.
These power embedded widgets — our booking calendar (Calendly / Cal.com / HubSpot Meetings), video players, chat tools. Needed for those specific features to work.
On your first visit, our consent banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or customize by category. You can change your choices anytime by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser:
Blocking all cookies may break parts of the Site (including the booking system).
Because there's still no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, we currently do not change our behavior based on them. Use our consent banner for explicit control.
We update this policy when our cookie usage changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
